Terms & Conditions
Orders and payment
All orders are subject to availability. Next day delivery may be available on request — please contact me to check availability before ordering. To place an order, please get in touch via phone, email or Facebook message. Orders are confirmed once full payment has been made. Payment can be made via direct deposit, or card payment over the phone. Cash or card on delivery may be accepted - please confirm at time of ordering.
Cancellation and Refunds
If you need to cancel an order, please let me know as soon as possible. Payments are refundable if cancelled more than 3 business days before the delivery date. Cancellations within 3 business days of the delivery date may not be eligible for a refund, as flowers and materials will already have been ordered. Refunds will be processed via direct deposit into your nominated account.
Refund terms for custom and event orders differ from standard bouquet orders — please refer to your individual quote and agreement for details.
Delivery
Deliveries are generally made between 5–6pm, Monday to Friday. This timeframe is a guide only and may be subject to change. I will do my best to communicate any significant delays.
If no one is home at the time of delivery, flowers will be left in a suitable location at my discretion (for example, a shaded spot out of direct weather). If you have a preferred location, please let me know at the time of ordering.
If no suitable location is available, flowers will not be left unattended. I will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery time. Please note that the standard delivery fee will apply to any redelivery.
Flower availability & substitutions
I work with seasonal flowers, which means availability varies throughout the year. Any images or examples shown on my website or social media are indicative only and are not a guarantee of what will be available at the time of your order.
If a specific flower or variety is unavailable, I will substitute with something of equal or greater value in a similar style and colour palette. I will communicate any significant changes before your order is fulfilled.
Custom orders and events
For events, and larger custom orders, a separate quote and agreement will be provided. A deposit may be required.
Care instructions
Cut flowers are perishable. To get the most from your blooms, I recommend placing them in a clean vase with fresh water as soon as possible, keeping them out of direct sunlight and away from heat sources, and changing the water every couple of days.
Once your flowers leave my hands, I am not responsible for how they are cared for. I'm happy to include care advice with every order — just ask.
