The Story
Flowers have a quiet power. They say the things we might struggle to say with words, and they make ordinary days feel meaningful. That's what drives everything I do at Stanthorpe Flowers.
I'm Libby, and I've loved flowers for as long as I can remember. Growing up, I spent long afternoons on my grandparents' flower farm that gave me a deep and lasting sense that real, living beauty matters. When I looked around Stanthorpe and couldn't find reliably fresh, beautiful blooms that matched the moments people were trying to celebrate, I did the only thing that made sense: I started growing them myself and learning the art of floristry. That first zinnia seed went in the ground in 2019, and it has been a challenging and rewarding experience ever since.
Stanthorpe Flowers is a hybrid farm and floristry business. Together with my amazing husband and three awesome kids, we grow a curated mix of seasonal stems right here and supplement with carefully chosen, high-quality flowers to make sure I can serve you well year-round. I've formally studied floristry and keep learning, because I want every arrangement that leaves my hands to be genuinely worth giving.
But more than the flowers themselves, what I care about most is you, and the person you're giving them to. My job is to make that experience feel easy, personal, and special. Whether you're marking a milestone, walking into someone's hospital room, or just wanting your kitchen table to feel a little more alive, I'd love to help you find exactly the right thing.
